In the UK and abroad, there are innumerable schools that each offer their own unique educational experience. At UEG, it is our goal to help match students with a school that best suits them. We have helped students at the primary, secondary and tertiary level identify what their goals in life are and recommend schools that will help them to succeed.
Our process begins with two interviews; one with the parent and one with the child. In these sessions, our consultants ask a series of questions on a broad array of subjects, helping them to understand who the student is and what they hope to achieve. Based on this interview, our consultants will craft a bespoke booklet of recommended schools that match with the student’s priorities.
Booklets are extensive and summarise all relevant aspects of the school including application, academic level, extracurricular activities and school achievements. Overseas educational systems are broken down into easily digestible infographics, taking the anxiety out of transferring internationally. We also have an extensive database of reviews from our own students, which we include in this process. We have helped students from all over the world to discover their perfect school.
Often, students come to us with particular tertiary or occupation goals in mind. In these cases, once the student has read our tailor-made booklet and selected an institution, we create a bespoke roadmap to help the student secure a place. This may involve extra tuition classes to prepare for the SATs, coaching them through crafting the perfect personal statement and bolstering their profile with the appropriate extra-curricular and volunteer opportunities. We have supported students who successfully progressed to a number of prestigious universities such as University of Cambridge, Harvard University and Imperial College London.
