Harry places a strong emphasis on the compartmentalisation of his tutors and only assigns them to jobs for which they have a proven track record.

Charles Russell

Charles has significant amounts of teaching experience in a wide range of creative and artistic disciplines including acting, filmmaking and photography. In acting, he is trained in all mediums: stage, screen and voice-over. He has thousands of hours of filming experience, including features, shorts films, trailers and showreels. He has photographed leading musicians such as Rag N Bone Man, Bears Den, Rhiannon Giddens, and Frank Turner. In addition, he has photographed sporting legends such as Anthony Joshua, Eddie Jordan and Danny Williams. Charles approaches teaching in a patient and methodical manner and caters his lessons according to his student’s needs. He also has a great deal of experience teaching SEN children. Charlie’s team consists of tutors who are both fulltime artists in their respective mediums, as well as those who consider themselves just to be teachers. Due to the more fluid nature of teaching creative disciplines in comparison to traditional academic study, Charlie looks to gather as much information as possible on prospective students, prior to lessons. This way he can decide on the most appropriate course of action and on which kind of tutor is best suited to the position.
